PROFESSIONALISM
I use a professional grade full-frame Nikon camera, matched with professional grade wide angle lenses designed and utilized across the industry in real estate photography. As your photographer you can expect efficient image taking while bringing an eye for detail, to ensure that each shot showcases the property as its very best.
QUALITY
High resolution, vibrant, and color graded images. I take pride in the high-level quality images I produce and want my clients to feel they are getting the highest quality possible at an affordable cost. The images I take are available in high dynamic range if requested, but I recognize that those types of large images are not always a need for a realtor. Before I arrive to take the images, I like to have a brief discussion with my clients about what types of images are needed and how the images will be used. This ensures that the images my clients receive fit their needs exactly.

I believe in the lightest and least invasive amount of photo editing as possible. The real quality comes from the initial photo first, but I will look at each image and showcase its best features.
CONVENIENCE
I will travel to your listing in Fort Collins, Timnath, Windsor and Loveland areas at no additional cost. I am happy to extend my travel radius to areas beyond that, such as Greeley or Estes Park, which will require an additional surcharge to the overall cost.

The images are typically available within 24 hours from when they are taken, and are available to clients for downloading on Google Drive. I use a cloud based file sharing system for convenience and ease of use. Generally, images are available to clients for seven days for download and original copies are always stored with me if an additional download is needed after that.
